Product & Order

Order Acceptance: By submitting an order and completing payment, you send us an offer to purchase our products. We have the right to decide whether or not to accept this offer and reserve the right to cancel or reject the order.
Price & Payments: All prices are in the specified currency and do not include applicable taxes and shipping charges. Payment methods will be processed according to the options available on the website.
Shipping & Delivery: We will do our best to process and ship your order on time, but cannot guarantee an accurate delivery time as this may be affected by the shipping company and the country of destination.
Shipping, Return & Refund Policy
Except as expressly provided under these Terms, title to the products passes from the Company to you upon shipment from a Company facility. The Company shall pay for the shipping expenses associated with orders over HKD800 shipped within Hong Kong. You shall be responsible for the shipping costs of orders under HKD800, or shipped internationally. Please ensure that the shipping information on your account is complete and accurate so that your shipments will be delivered to the correct location. The Company is not responsible for any missing deliveries due to address forwarding or incorrect addresses.
Return Policy: To return a product, please follow our return policy. Some products, such as personalised items, may not be eligible for returns. Timeshop reserves the right to liability.
We take pride in offering our customers the best quality. If you are dissatisfied with any purchase made, please contact our Customer Services at info@timeshop.com.hk within 7 days from the date of delivery for replacement or refund after deducting mailing expenses. You shall be solely responsible for the costs associated with shipping returned product in accordance with these Terms.
Please be aware that our shipping times are subject to change.
Refunds will only be issued for returns of product that were purchased and returned within 30 days, still retain their original factory seal, and remain in factory-quality condition as determined by Company. No refunds will be issued for partially used product or product that appears to be handled, opened or tampered with.

Refund: Once we receive a return and confirm compliance with the return policy, we will endeavour to process the refund in a timely manner. Refunds can be returned to the original payment channel and may take some time to reflect on your account or it can be deducted from your next delivery.
